The Federal Bar Association SDNY Chapter, along with co-sponsors the Westchester Black Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and the White Plains Bar Association present a ** FREE ** CLE program on sexual harassment in the workplace and a review of the governing federal and New York State laws.
The panel includes attorneys from federal and state agencies, in-house counsel and employer and employee representatives. The program will be moderated by the Hon. Judith C. McCarthy, Magistrate Judge (SDNY).
