On March 10, 2021, FBA SDNY Members Brooke Gottlieb and Joan D. Hogarth and the Honorable Victor Marrero from the Second Circuit’s Justice for All program conducted a presentation on the Bill of Rights for students of the Rho Kappa Jr. Honor Society at PS/MS 71 in the Bronx as part of the Federal Bar Association’s New Civic Education Program.
